03 Aug Empty boxes and full basements.
We bought 15 pounds of blueberries last week.
The first 5-pound box is gone.
You can see who’s at fault.
(That’s right, I’m the mom who eats the last piece of cake
and says, “The kids must have sneaked it,”
after wiping the crumbs off my mouth.)
Good friend Megan is The Babysitting Queen and decided it’d be worth it to rearrange
their entire basement for this bad boy. I’M SO THANKFUL WE’RE FRIENDS.
And so are these kids. Who, by the way, took GREAT naps after this scene.
