First Mother’s Day with Three

First Mother’s Day with Three

Having Mother’s Day close to your birthday (ohmyword am I talking about my birthday again?!) is the best. A week’s worth of celebrations or extra sweet nothings (like drinking juice for breakfast mmm). This Mother’s Day, we felt like celebrating with another family, a mom whose little son allowed her to celebrate this day for the very first time. It was a splendid afternoon with good food (and great dessert!), and kid nap time came and went without a break in conversation. After we said our goodbyes and letsdothisagains, we munched on a few chips, called it dinner, and headed to Kelainey’s for free ice cream (our lunch guests apparently had the same idea, since we saw them there too!). And the photos that ensue are all possible because of sharing said ice cream.DSC_0344 DSC_0345 DSC_0350 DSC_0352 DSC_0355 DSC_0357 DSC_0360 DSC_0363 DSC_0366 DSC_0367 DSC_0372 DSC_0373 DSC_0374 DSC_0375 DSC_0377 DSC_0379

Then we tried to get a Mommy & Kids pic, which was really a great idea in my head but just wasn’t the same in real life. These photos make me smile but mostly laugh. Just watch Jaeda.DSC_0383 DSC_0392 DSC_0394 DSC_0396 DSC_0404 DSC_0408 DSC_0411 DSC_0412 DSC_0425 DSC_0427

And then it was bedtime. The end.DSC_0428
