09 Aug Scootering with Dad (and another gift)
We live two doors down from two of the sweetest girls. They have played hours and hours with our kids, riding/running/biking/scootering up and down our sidewalks, giving them our own local Aunt Hoopie and Aunt Abby (don’t worry, Aunts; you haven’t really been replaced). I’ve been so thankful in recent weeks for their care for our kids since I’ve been a super lame playmate. The girls were given new scooters for Christmas and last week decided their old scooters really didn’t have a place in their home anymore. Would our kids like them? WOULD THEY EVER?! Slash, their dad would as well (check out some of James’ fancy moves). We had some fun breaking them in that day…and every day since. James has even scootered next to Corban (also known as a Daddy Corban Scooter Date) now that we have two! Can’t decide who’s happier…dad or kids? Thanks, neighbors!
