From the lens of my phone

We had our first trick-or-treaters.

This pile of dirt was found
just within my kitchen.
Have you seen my kitchen?
It’s about the size of this pile!
This should not be so!

Babysitting has left my car full
and my heart.
Love caring for the babies of friends.

Corban loves stirring and pouring.
Water’s a pretty safe route.

Did I mention Corban loves stirring and pouring?

We learned about stickiness.
And Corban learned about bossiness.

My two growing babysitting boys standing together
(that’s about as close as they get to “playing” just yet).

This squirrel (can you see him down there?) eyed me
and Corban for severalĀ minutes. He wouldn’t run
away from us…so we ran away from him!

Jaeda’s been chewing, chewing, chewing on her fingers.

James put up our shelf and coat hooks. Yay!
Wanting to replace those baskets at some point,
but did you know that nice baskets are close to $20 a piece?!

And our living room is complete (for now)!
Imagine putting your face in that cushy rug.
Careful.
You might disappear. It’s that plush.

We shipped Corban off to Michigan for the weekend
(more on that in the next post). When he came back to us,
he was wiped.out!

Jaeda’s cheeks are getting chubbier and chubbier.
13.5 pounds at 3.5 months. What a little darling.

Speaking of Jaeda, she got her first hair cut!
Just to get it out of her eyes. Still sticking straight up!

Remember my crazy, active, wild toddler Corban?
He fell asleep on that cushy rug this morning.
Fell asleep!
Toddlers don’t fall asleep right after breakfast.
Weird, right?
But so cute next to sleeping Jaeda.
