Of kittens and butterflies.

The new kittens were old enough for playing when we went to Michigan a few weekends. (We went for Jon’s graduation, but that’s being saved for the next post:)) These kittens were super friendly with Corban and Jaeda’s rough play. Corban was so patient waiting for them to come sit on his lap…and convincing them to stay. Jaeda wasn’t quite as patient: “Tum ear, tittie. TUM EAR!”

This is what Jaeda calls her “tomfy tozy” wrap.DSC_1986 DSC_1987

Our caterpillars formed their chrysalides and starting coming out
(AS REAL LIVE BUTTERFLIES)
the day before we left, sooo we brought them with us
and let them fly free in farm country. 20140522_084119

The cats were just as interested as the kids.

Since we were all out there, we snatched the opportunity for our first COUSIN photo.

Anyone else have a hard time with their little sibling had a kid? Like, wait, he’s an
adult? A DAD, caring for another HUMAN! When did this happen?!

Well, it happened about four months ago.
And, Baby Timmy, we’re so glad.
