The cast comes off.

The cast comes off.

James’ coworkers and my family signed his cast.

On our way to the doctor.

Being brave (Puppy, Blankie, & Pacifier help).

I can’t believe I took this picture; I feel terrible.
Wait, I was documenting history. No, I don’t.

The sawed-off cast. They actually asked if I wanted to keep it.
If I wanted to keep that dirty, stinky, cut-up cast.
Guess what I said.

Smoothie celebration afterwards.
As a side note, this is how we taught Corban to use a straw.
I would get it up to the top, and it would stay there while I passed it off to Corban.
Pretty fun times.

He took a bath PRONTO and by the next morning,
he was using both arms as normal.
Thankful.

Did you keep the casts? I have mine from 1st and 3rd grade. And my staples from when I was 4 :)

They asked me if I wanted to keep it, but it was sooo stinky and dirty, I just couldn’t! I still can’t believe what a disaster you were as a kid, Sarah. Your poor parents…
