Recent Craftiness

I’ve been having a blast with my sewing machine these past several months.
Here’s a little peek into some of the craftiness:

I sent this butterfly to my 7th grade math teacher who is not doing well physically.
I hope it brightened her day!

Burp cloths for Baby D with towels for the back; super absorbent!
(And if Corban taught me one thing, it’s that absorbency matters!)

Bibs from jeans and scraps of fabric. My first try at this!
They velcro shut!

The backs of the bibs (that match the burp cloths, in case you missed that!) :)

Tiny baby shoes.!

Now, this was yarn, hot glue, and wine bottles.
Decorations and take-home pieces for this baby shower.

Okay, I totally did not knit this, buuut my good friend Jen did!

More burp cloths this time for little Baby W.

Small matching blanket/mat.

Pillows. My submission to the Art Gala this year.
They said they accept all mediums…

They even “envelope” shut in the back, so you can take the pillow out and wash the case!

There you go. Some of my recent crafting fun. :)

Cool! I might enter something in the art gala. When is it?
